"Behind the scene" Yes, I have craved for Nikon 14-24, but having reconsideration for a while as it isn't comfortable at on for seascape photography. A big 150 filter system from Lee is a bit expensive and don't mention about its size. Hence, for seascape photography, I found that Nikon 16-35mm. is far better as it is lighter, less expensive and versatile. A range of GND and ND, including Big Stopper, is available at reasonable price. However, sometimes, Nikon 16-35mm. does not serve you enough as it is a bit narrow. Hence, the vertical panoramic technique can assist me in capturing wider scene by taking two different shots; one for sky and another one for water (as seen in this shot). Then, I use 'auto-align layer' in PS to merge these two shots, getting wider result than a single shot.NOTE:- This photo was taken at Little Austinmer, NSW, Australia- Two vertical shots were taken with Nikon 16-35 + Lee Soft GND 0.9 Fee free to visit my official page, "AtomicZen. Blackbox."Many thanks for your warm supports and comments :D

Hello dear friends of the abstract theory. It is getting complicated to surprise and entertain your intellect and expectations. So I was looking through some older shots, not the first choice ones. Hmmm, not sure if I found any interesting stuff. But I gave it a try. That one is an other angle of the former shot Guidance System. So you decide if it is worth or not. Have a nice day, relax, don't worry, be happy

Bald Eagle Winter DreamScape by Christopher Dodds
Bald Eagle Winter DreamScape by Christopher Dodds
One from my recent Alaska Workshop: http://bit.ly/Y27i51A horizontal image of an American Bald Eagle fishing in a winter snow storm or blizzard at Kachemak Bay near Homer, Alaska. The Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus, Pygargue a Tete Blanche) is a bird of prey found in North America. It is the national bird and symbol of the United States of America. This sea eagle has two known sub-species and forms a species pair with the White-tailed Eagle. Its range includes most of Canada and Alaska, all of the contiguous United States, and northern Mexico. It is found near large bodies of open water with an abundant food supply and old-growth trees for nesting. Bold and proud in appearance, eagles have symbolized power since ancient times. Like other hawks, they have keen eyesight, hooked beaks, and long, curved talons for seizing prey. The two North American species, the Bald Eagle and the Golden Eagle, are similar in size, with eight-foot wingspans, but otherwise differ in several ways.Despite its fierce appearance, the bald eagle is a rather timid hunter. Usually found near water, it feeds mainly on fish, which it often steals from Ospreys. Its nest, or aerie, generally built in tall trees, is enlarged each year after year and may be as much as 9.5 feet wide and 20 feet high. In the 1960's bald eagles were reduced in numbers by DDT but have made a comeback since the pesticide was banned.

Vatican museum stairs by Beboy Photographies
Vatican museum stairs by Beboy Photographies
These famous Vatican stairs are so inspiring ! During my stay at Rome, I decided to visit the Vatican museum mainly to see these stairs by myself, and now I can definitely say that they are gorgeous. Because there was a lot of people visiting this day, I spent maybe 2 hours to shoot this place to make many photos to allow me to blend them together to remove the people. I just kept one people to give the scale of the stairs. Made with the Canon 16-35 @ 16 mm, 800 iso, aperture f4.
