Newport is a lovely beach but i found out the hard way that this beach can pull punches as it's swell was strong enough to move me at least a couple of feet backwards and close up my tripods legs in the process nearly making me lose my equipment to the sea. Very humbling experience!!
A Lee 0.9 Hard GND filter was used to get more out of the sunrise and help bring out the sun rays.
