Almost summer here in California. My original plan was to shot a pier with long exposure. Unfortunately, it was too foggy and ended up with this image instead. In this photo, I added color tones by using Lasso Tool, Feathering then Levels and some other stuff in CS6. Thanks for viewing and continued support!
