Fluidity by Daniel Cheong
Shot from the 79th floor of the Index Tower in Dubai during an epic foggy day. This fluidity of the fog is obtained by doing a 30s exposure with a ND400 filter. The rest of the cityscape is shot at normal shutter speed, this is what is shown in the EXIF data. Please check my Facebook Page
